EMBARKING AND DISEMBARKING POLICIES

FIRST
The vehicle must be presented one hour before the stipulated time of the trip.

SECOND
Please confirm the schedules in advance, since due to meteorological phenomena such as winds, sea conditionsand for the safety of passengers and goods, they may change without prior notice.

THIRD
Due to the applicable maritime regulations, in the established schedules for sensitive cargo (fuel, explosive materials, gas, etc.) the crossing of passengers in family and cargo cars isrestricted. Only the driver of the vehicle can board.

FOURTH
The operator must remain in his vehicle at all times prior the boarding maneuver is carried out, otherwise, he may lose his place at that crossing.

FIFTH
We ask that you have your boarding slip at hand.

SIXTH
All passengers must follow the instructions of the ground traffic personnel, and the crew when they are on board the ship.

SEVENTH
It is very important to verify that when parked on board, the handbrake is set and the gear lever is in 1st or P.

EIGHT
No driver or passenger should remain on board the vehicles. They must proceed to the passenger lounge.

NINETH
Please proceed to the ticket booth in the boarding area to make your payment.

TENTH
Pets must travel in the external areas of the boat specially designated for this, always wearing a leash and under the supervision of their owners at all times.

ELEVENTH
In the event of an accident with your vehicle, remain calm and follow the instructions of the crew.

TWELFTH
Accidents related to the driving of vehicles and where one or more of them are involved, will be the responsibility of the drivers themselves and the company will not be responsible.

THIRTEENTH
The transportation of materials, cargo and personal objects is subject to the reviews of the Federal Police, the Mexican Navy, Customs Authorities and SEDENA.

FOURTHEENTH
Always ask for and keep your proof of payment, as it is your insurance, both for passenger and vehicle.
